These terms apply when you use Futures, together with the community guidelines and, when you join the shared platform, the platform agreement shown before you accept. The privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Who can use Futures

You must be 18 or older. Futures is offered to people in the United States. You sign in with your own Twitch account, and you are responsible for activity on your Futures account.

Your posts

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give Futures a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and distribute your posts, replies and quotes within Futures, including in other creators' feeds, on your profile, in threads and notifications, and when others quote or repost them. The licence lasts while the post is on Futures and, after that, only for as long as the privacy policy says we keep it, for example inside a report.

Your responsibility for what you post

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post and that posting it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. Twitch clips and videos are embedded from Twitch, not copied to Futures; they remain Twitch content, and you share them under Twitch's terms.

Moderation

Futures may remove any content and restrict or suspend any account's access to social features, at its discretion, including under the community guidelines. Futures reviews reports but has no duty to monitor what creators post. The guidelines explain how enforcement and appeals work.
